Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the business architecture in alignment with strategic goals
- Develop a target vision for commercial processes (sales, pricing, incentives) using cross-industry best practices
- Translate business needs into actionable architecture, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment and scalability
- Provide thought leadership and support in transformation governance
Required background:
- Proven experience in business architecture and enterprise transformation
- Strong skills in process and data modelling
- Ability to tailor state-of-the-art commercial models to specific business contexts
- Familiarity with B2B service models, ideally in logistics or related industries
- Fluent German (mandatory) and English
- Availability for regular onsite presence in Bern
