- this will be a 3-6 month contract
- 5 days per week onsite in Zurich
- Proven knowledge of cross-border and suitability regulations such as MiFID, FINRA, Reg BI.
- Experience in alert handling, investigation, and documentation within a compliance function, preferably in banking industry.
- Proficiency in using Actimize or equivalent compliance monitoring tools.
- Language proficiency in German, French, and/or Italian is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Typical tasks include:
- Case investigation of alerts triggered by the surveillance monitoring related to cross border and investment suitability
- Determining if the case can be closed with or without finding by reviewing data from multiple systems based on the alert type and provided policies and procedures
- Documentation of case for audit trail
