Stellenbeschreibung

Lead Engineer
Up to £120K
London – Hybrid (2 to 3 days onsite)

One of our leading investment banking clients is on the hunt for a Lead Engineer to help drive the continued growth of their Commodities trading platform. As they expand into new markets and broaden their cross-product capabilities, they’re looking for someone who can bring both technical leadership and hands-on development expertise.

In this role, you’ll lead a small team while collaborating directly with business stakeholders. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle—from planning and architecture to design and build—of critical pre-trade and pricing systems.

They’re looking for someone who’s just as comfortable getting into the weeds of the code as they are guiding the broader technical direction.

What you’ll need:
  • Strong experience with C# / .NET
  • Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
  • Frontend skills with Angular
  • Background in Commodities trading
  • Familiarity with vendor risk management platforms (e.g., Murex)
  • Experience working on pre-trade and pricing systems
If this sounds like you, apply with an up to date CV or get in touch with Tom Parker at Source Technology.
