What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them assess their IT security needs and define the right Identity, Access, and Security solutions.
- Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts, translating complex requirements into practical solutions using (IAM, PAM, SIEM).
- Collaborate with sales and solution teams to design proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs with technical accuracy and strategic insight.
- Support implementation projects configuring, integrating, and optimising solutions before handing over to the delivery and support teams.
- Stay ahead of product developments and provide real-world feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Represent the consultancy and ManageEngine at client meetings, industry events, and technical forums.
What You Bring
- Solid background in Information Security, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering, ideally within a consulting or vendor environment.
- Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and/or Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) solutions.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2, or Zero Trust.
- Knowledge of authentication and identity standards — SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.
- Experience with comparable tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, Azure AD, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills . you must be able to explain complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in Dutch ( Essential ) and English.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISM, CIMP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are a plus.
The salary on offer for this position is €80,000 per year. Hybrid working has been agreed, with 3 x days required at site per week.
