This would be a 6 month contract with the opportunity to become permenant
- Development and implementation of a group-wide cyber security strategy
- Development of IT and OT security policies for networks, systems and production environments
- Establishing clear cybersecurity requirements and compliance guidelines for all group companies
- Ensuring compliance with Swiss and EU data protection laws as well as NIS2 compliance
- Support for M&A activities through the execution of cyber security assessments
- Completed training in cybersecurity, computer science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT and/or OT cybersecurity, ideally in a manufacturing company.
- Solid knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and industrial control systems
- Knowledge of cyber security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST)
- Experience in incident response and crisis management
