We’re looking for ambitious, resilient recruiters who are either experienced in tech recruitment or fresh out of a sales or B2B background. If you are working a sales job, but feel under valued and under appreciated and want a change, then recruitment and an SGI career could be the one for you.

What will I be doing?

  • Resource effectively roles brought into the business via your own business development
  • Clearly plan and execute daily schedules, showing correct decision making, independence and initiative
  • Demonstrable ability to sell, using a variety of techniques
  • Work collaboratively with candidates to build and develop new and existing relationships
  • Demonstrate both exceptional candidate management and excellent market knowledge to achieve credibility
  • Generate, share and actively promote lead generation within the team/division for the benefit of all
  • Manage multiple and consistent deals successfully. From interview to offer process you will demonstrate regular volumes, consistency in fees and approach, independence, effective decision making, new and existing business acquisition skills and have developed the problem solving skills required of the next level, a Principal Consultant

  • Individual billing / annum minimum expectation.
  • Minimum average of a deal a month.

Your next Promotion

The next step in your career at SGI has two routes. Either to Principal Consultant or Manager.


What experience do I need? External experience required

  • Demonstrable and referenceable experience of required performance in our field.
