Xplore Life Science is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative. Your customer focus will help us find answers for our customers and provide them with the best customer service experience possible!

Main responsibilities include:
  • Professional contact person for customers (hospital, practice, pharmacy, pharmaceutical distributors) in Switzerland
  • Processing of all customer orders including prioritisation and on-time delivery at the customer's premises
  • Receiving, checking and entering multi-channel customer orders
  • Coordinating logistics and emergency deliveries
  • Taking customer calls in German, French and English
  • Multi-channel invoicing on the contractually agreed date
  • Complaint management from receipt to coordination of resolution
Candidate requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of German, English and French (written and spoken), knowledge of Italian an advantage
  • Several years of experience in customer service, preferably in the health care industry
  • IT affinity in dealing with ERP systems (SAP and salesforce.com) and MS Office, ECommerce experience (EDI, Webshop, GHX) an advantage
  • Commercial training, business studies or similar training
