Associate Director of Clinical Operations

Xplore life science are recruiting for an Associate Director of Clinical Operations in an exciting global pharmaceutical company.

Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated ability to influence projects through operational expertise and demonstrated high standard stakeholder management
• Ensures operational processes and systems are implemented across trials
• Establishes and builds company ethos
• Aids the development of individual therapeutic areas, including strategic planning and alignment with wider organisational goals
• Support the design, update and implementation of Clinical Development Plans and work with Project Management to ensure progress in line with current timelines

This role is for you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, nursing, pharmacy)
• At least 9 years in clinical research in a CRO or Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology Industry
• Experience in leading sophisticated, global clinical trials with an outsourced CRO or FSP model
• Extensive knowledge of essential global regulatory guidelines and ICH/GCP
• Excellent directorship skills, able to lead with integrity
