Atlassian Technical Consultant

I am currently working with a leading IT Services Business in Germany who are searching for Atlassian Consultants to join the team.
We are looking for people who have experience either in support external customers or internal users on how to best use Atlassian tools.
Location - Fully remote is an option or can work a hybrid model if based in Germany.



Required Experience
- You have a good amount of experience working with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and any other relevant products.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in the configuration, administration and support of Atlassian tools
- Experience in speaking with stakeholders and understanding business requirements
-Must be able to speak German to a professional working level.




Responsibilities
- Understand and record customer requirements in order to broaden Atlassian products and grow solution scenarios,
- You aid the development of current customers and help identify new projects
- Provide trainings and workshops to customers / colleagues on how to best use Atlassian tools.
