About the Role
The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for assisting corporate clients in resolving their transactional inquiries related to securities and custody services.
The individual will ensure query resolution is executed to the client's satisfaction within agreed service levels.
Coordination between clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners such as custodians, is a key function of this role.

Responsibilities

• Keeping management systems up to date with client information.
• Educating clients on account services and capabilities.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings.
• Collecting the appropriate documentation for opening new accounts and servicing requests.
• Planning team marketing events and maintaining marketing materials.
• Providing the team with a detailed calendar of activities.

Requirements

• Understanding of financial and securities services, preferably in settlements and securities transfers.
• Experience in client service.
• Knowledge of securities and global custody products.
