CTO .

CTO role for a Media and Technology company - Hybrid, few days a week in Central London Office - salary from £100 - £150k + stock + bonus 

The company is focused on enhancing the student journey through building products and mutlimedia access to student population via a bespoke platform

You'll play a pivotal role in driving technology strategy whilst leading multiple teams through demonstrating leadership and excellent technical experience

- Improving internal tooling capabilities 

Strategy
- Deliver companies strategy, vision and road maps 

Team Leadership 
- Lead a diverse team of talented technologists with a focus on culture 

Focus on Product 
- Ensure high quality products are delivered 
- Focus on delivering value to the user


Your Experience : 
- Worked in fast paced product development for start ups and being product orientated 
- Building, managing, mentoring tech teams in start up environment 
- Experience with Adtech and knowledge of current trends 
- Built tech products
