Job/Company Description

Independently program and conduct organizational units’ Cybersecurity and Software Updates Management Systems audits and perform cybersecurity project capability assessments. Monitor cybersecurity organization compliance against MAHLE cybersecurity policies best practices and independence rules.
 
What to expect in the role
  • Audit and Assessment Program: Plan, coordinate, monitor and report MAHLE audits and quality assessments.
  • Management System Audit: Examine the cybersecurity (following the ISO/PAS 5112 and ISO 19011) and software updates processes to determine the extent to which the process objectives have been achieved according to the ISO/SAE 21434 and the ISO 24089.
  • Project Assessment: evaluation of the process’s implementation into the cybersecurity projects following the Automotive SPICE for cybersecurity assessment model.
  • Finding Resolution Monitoring: track and oversee audits and assessment resulting action plans progress and effectiveness until closure.
  • Monitor Organizational Compliance: monitor the cybersecurity activities independence and principles application according MAHLE Cybersecurity policies and report non-compliance practices. • Report Lessons Learned: Support the cybersecurity organization/network with cybersecurity processes lessons learned
 
Requirements 
  • Proven experience in Cybersecurity Audit and Quality Assessment methodologies.
  • Knowledge in already existing and upcoming, international compliance requirements, standards, and regulations (R155, R156, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 24089)
  • Experience in Cybersecurity Audit and Assessment standards (ISO/PAS 5112, ISO19011 and Automotive SPICE for Cybersecurity).
  • Knowledge/experience in Automotive international compliance engineering requirements and standards (Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262)
  • Knowledge/experience in SSE model based development methods and tools
