Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Introduction: We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a Swiss business that has a huge focus for DevOps, new technologies and open source topics. We are looking for someone that has experience working on security in the use, operation and engineering of Linux systems (system configuration, shell scripting and also network services. The ideal candidate will also be German and English speaking.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in automation as well as system and configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
  • Enthusiasm with focus on DevOps, new technologies and open source topics
  • Architecture, conception, engineering and implementation of various topics (deployment automation, system integration, as well as migrations server/storage classic & cloud) in sometimes very large infrastructures (banks, insurance companies, IT operators)
  • Advice and support for our customers with demanding problems
  • Further development and optimization of existing environments
  • Employment level: 80-100% preferred

Office location: ZurichHybrid Working Model (3 days, 2 days)Salary:120,000 – 130,000CHF Basic Salary + Bonus
