Freelance Quality Engineer - UK based - £450 per day inside IR35.

I am currently supporting my client who is looking for Quality Engineers to join on a Freelance basis for initially the next 6 months.

Location – UK based candidates working mostly remote but with travel to London (occasional travel to London office for meetings and workshops).
Daily Rate – up to £450 inside IR35.
Start date: ASAP
BPSS – Yes – must be in place prior to start
SC cleared or SC eligible – If already SC Cleared – please send last used and who holds the SC

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop automation framework from scratch
  2. Develop automation scripts to validate and verify the acceptance criteria described in the user stories
  3. Update or fix issues in existing automation scripts for the automated Regression/Smoke test pack
  4. Merge the latest version of code to the Repository main
  5. Automation execution and share the test reports
  6. Update the JIRA ticket with the observations and test results
  7. Manual Business Process validation and testing
  8. Create test plan, write test cases and execute, send reports as needed.

Essential Skills :
Strong knowledge in any Automation, using Java/Selenium/Cucumber, C#/.Net
Basics of CI/CD Tool: GitLab / GitHub / Jenkins / BitBucket / BDD
Good communication
Fluent English language is needed.
