About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Network and Security Operations to oversee their network infrastructure and security. In this senior role, you will ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with industry standards. You will lead a team of network professionals, drive network security strategies, and collaborate closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead network and security operations, focusing on high performance and security.
• Implement and manage security protocols, firewalls, and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize network services.
• Oversee and manage security clearances, ensuring all operations comply with relevant classified information handling policies.

Qualifications:
• Strong experience in network engineering and security, with leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with security protocols, firewalls, and Cisco products.
• Fluent in English, with Dutch and/or French preferred.
• Security Clearance: NATO Secret, CTS, or equivalent from other European institutions is required for this role.
