IAM Solution Architect

Solution Architect 
Location – Utrecht
12 Month contract (view to extend)
Hybrid working x2 per week on site
Rate: DOE

Our client is looking for an IAM Solution Architect to implement security policies within the IT landscape, guide internal customers through the world of compliance and translate IAM requirements into workable solutions to improve their employee journey.

Responsibilities:

• You bridge business and IT through translating demand into comprehensive solutions, gather requirements of stakeholders and manage expectations around scoping of new functionality and changes.
• You help develop advanced architecture and engineering strategy to automate and administer identity and compliance requirements into all enterprise information systems.
• You support the product owner in driving the strategy, planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements.
• You communicate and translate complex IAM policies and processes to end users of the products and services in language they can understand.
• You create and maintains standards and supporting documentation related to identity processes, procedure and infrastructure.
• You help plan for implementing management's directives in most secure manners with least disruption. Lead the restructuring of core processes such as onboarding, certifications, RBAC, identity life cycle processes.

Skills/ experience:

• You are experienced or passionate about the cybersecurity domain, with focus on identity and access management processes. You bring 2+ years or experience within SailPoint IIQ.
• You are familiar and feel at home with working in an Agile environment (understanding of Scrum, KANBAN, SAFe).
• You understand the technologies underlying SailPoint, its limitations and strong suits. You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Azure as a deployment platform for SailPoint IIQ and understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Of course you have in depth knowledge of SailPoint’s IdentityIQ or IdentityNOW products and IAM protocols such as SCIM, OAUTH, SAML, OIDC.
