Information Security Lead

Information Security Lead/ Consultant (not a technical role and not solely on GRC. Must have IAM experience). This person will manage Information Security on the business level.

To summarise:

• Facilitate the rollout and implementation of the IAM TOM via Implementation roadmap for IAM TOM in alignment with Group IAM Governance
• Support OE IAM Business Operations with expertise on OE IAM-related local regulation and preparation of exception requests
• Interact with Risk, Audit and External Audit to ensure IAM Model is maintained correctly and in line with local regulatory requirements
• Adapt the IAM TOM and IAM Functional Rule to local regulatory requirements and update OE-specific policies accordingly
• Ensure that local applications are on boarded to IAM tool in line with the requirements defined in the TOM Tech section profile:

• Relevant work experience in IAM, risk and governance (Min 5+ years)
• Sound understanding of IAM Standards and best practices such as the relevant ISO norms and local regulations and policies
• Knowledge of a Shared Service Provider’s core business and mission, relevant IAM tooling, IAM-related risk management policies, requirements and procedures
• English speaking
