IT Helpdesk Engineer

Location: Brussels
Hybrid: x3 per week

We are working with a Security group based in Brussels seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Support: Provide top-notch first-line technical support for both internal and external users.
  • Resolve IT Issues: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve user-reported IT issues.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the smooth operation and ongoing enhancement of the service desk.
Experience:
  • An interest the Security industry
  • Previous experience in an IT Support role
  • Network administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with technologies, such as: O365, Windows 10 and Active Directory
