Are you an experienced and driven IT Project Manager with a passion for driving digital transformation initiatives? Do you have a proven track record of successfully leading projects that optimize technology and deliver transformative solutions? 


Responsibilities:
As the IT Project Manager for Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for spearheading and overseeing various technology initiatives that drive the digital strategy forward. Your main tasks will include:

1. Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
2. Digital Strategy: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams, to align project goals with the overall digital transformation strategy and organizational objectives.
3. Requirements Analysis: Gather and document project requirements, identifying critical success factors, potential risks, and opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Proven experience (3-5+ years) as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on leading successful digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies, emerging trends, and best practices in the industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is highly desirable.
• German and English speaking to a professional standard
