About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Finance Technology team within the Commerce domain.

In this role, you will support data and ERP-related initiatives that ensure regulatory compliance and enable reliable financial reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Data, and IT, contributing to the successful delivery of technology-driven projects.

This position is ideal for someone with a structured mindset, hands-on approach, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data exchange and ERP migration initiatives

• Prioritize incoming requests and align them with business objectives

• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies

• Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders

• Facilitate and moderate cross-functional meetings

• Maintain and update project documentation

• Monitor open topics and ensure timely resolution

• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies

What You Will Work On

• Ensuring regulatory compliance through ERP system integration

• Supporting ETL platform initiatives used for financial reporting

• Aligning KPI definitions and expectations across stakeholders

• Designing scalable concepts while assessing downstream system impacts

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience

• Experience working with IT systems and data-related environments

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

• Hands-on mentality with a strong willingness to learn

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Sheets or equivalent)

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira or comparable systems)

• Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence or similar platforms)
