The company works with both local and international clients and contractors.SGI’s supply chains include (the list is not exhaustive) sourcing candidates for clients, which may involve the introduction of candidates to third party companies, and subsequent supply to their customers.<h4>SGI Policies in relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking</h4>As part of the recruitment sector, SGI recognises the responsibility to take a robust approach to slavery and human trafficking, including preventing the same in our corporate activities, and ensuring that SGI’s supply chain is free from slavery and human trafficking.SGI has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.Relevant SGI’s policies are listed below which and are reviewed on a regular basis:&nbsp;<ul class="lg-mx-4"><li>HR Procedures – SGI does not tolerate any threat of physical or sexual violence, harassment or intimidation against our employees. Relevant HR policies are clearly defined and communicated to all employees at the onboarding stage, and then via training sessions. SGI’s suppliers are expected to have relevant ethical, environmental and social policies.In order to ensure that our suppliers comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we include a question on modern slavery and trafficking in the UK Umbrella - Onboarding Questionnaire which is reviewed annually.On top of that, SGI conducts strict compliance checks for all candidates we supply to the clients, including identity, right to work and employment history checks, any additional checks may be carried out from time to time, as required by the Client.As a business we are dedicated to support human rights and sustainability through regular reviews of our internal policies and processes.<h4>Training</h4>Training on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking, and on the risk our business faces from modern slavery in its supply chains is provided as necessary.This statement is made on behalf of Source Group International pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 ("The MSA") and comprises our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year 2023.</

Marketing Manager Industry: Telecommunications  Contract: 6-9 months  Location: Zurich For our client, we are seeking a German Speaking Marketing Manager to create innovative B2C campaigns and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful upsell strategies.  Skills<ul><li>Experience in Marketing, CRM, project management, or customer experience departments of subscription-based businesses</li><li>Professional experience in Telecommunications, Banking or related industries is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in presenting and analyzing data, as well as creating actionable reports and plans</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuade individuals at various levels, including senior management</li><li>Fluency in both German and English is required</li></ul>Responsibilities <ul><li>Utilize ongoing reporting and analysis of customer base development, sales channel performances, and funnel metrics to formulate strategic initiatives aimed at achieving targets</li><li>Conceptualize and implement marketing and sales strategies to enhance conversion rates across all product lines and services, catering to our existing customer B2C base</li><li>Collaborate closely with senior executives across various functions such as product, sales, marketing, and finance to establish corporate and business-level strategies and drive key initiatives</li><li>Oversee customer base campaigns activities, design engaging customer journeys and communication within our largest residential customer segment</li><li>Lead multifunctional project teams ranging from small to complex projects, bringing innovative ideas to fruition</li><li>Support and empower our sales channels to deliver operational excellence and exceptional sales performance</li></ul>
