Network Security Specialist
  • Freelance
  • 12 month contract
  • Hybrid (Remote with 1-2 days per week in Amsterdam)
  • Rates DOE

Role/Responsibilities:
  • Assessment of network connections architecture security
  • Network security related consultations
  • System security configuration / firewall rules review
Skills/Experience:
  • Have at least 3+ years of experience in Network Security
  • Understand terms like firewall, WAF, Load Balancer, ISP, 2FA, network segmentation,
  • Have problem Analysis and Solving Ability to identify problems, analyse key information and make connections, in order to find appropriate solutions
  • Have good Communication skills to clearly express ideas, facts and opinions fluently both in speaking and writing, supported by appropriate tools
  • Security certifications like CISSP, CCNE, CCIE, CISA, CompTIA Security+
Not all are mandatory: 
  • Experience with - Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point, Fortinet
