Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key operational contact within change squads, focusing on migrating Non-linear portfolios to the Murex platform and decommissioning legacy applications like Calypso and DEVON.
  • Independently translate product range requirements into concrete IT specifications within the CNLCM Area virtual squads.
  • Utilize product-specific process and application knowledge to ensure requirements are met in the new Murex application workflow, implementing necessary process and procedure changes.
  • Ensure thorough testing and approval of requirements by business users.
  • Contribute to achieving the KPIs of relevant squads.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Software Engineers in an Agile environment.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, self-organization, accuracy, and product knowledge.
  • Report directly to the Area Lead Commodities, Non-Linear & Capital Markets.
  • Exhibit personal leadership by efficiently managing time, taking initiative, and focusing on goal achievement and talent development.

Essential Skills:

  • Investment Banking Experience: Proven track record working within an investment bank, understanding the complexities and regulatory requirements of the financial sector.
  • FXO and IRO Expertise: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with FX options (FXO) and interest rate options (IRO) products traded by Markets and Treasury.
  • Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum IT environment.
  • Ability to maintain and manage Product Backlogs Items (PBIs) and their refinement.
  • Proficient understanding of the Murex platform and its Back Office modules.
  • Deep understanding of M&T non-linear business lines and the underlying processes within Murex.
  • Practical application knowledge of Murex related to:
    • Trade capture/representation in MX
    • Life-cycle management
    • Settlement processes
    • Confirmation processes
    • Additional Filters Configuration for Trade Queries
