The SGI journey started off with the launch of Source Technology in 2015, by two award-winning industry leaders Gavin Tew and Lawrence Hargreaves. Your accountabilities -

  • To take advantage of our overwhelming opportunity and clear promotion targets to take your career to the next step 
  • Ensuring you work to performance and promotion targets though our defined ‘Flightpaths’
  • Build and engage a high value Client and candidate network in your own core vertical
  • Create and develop a strong pipeline or roles
  • Mange processes with excellence to negotiate and close deals
  • Take responsibility for deliver against our Sales model which focusses on giving you the autonomy to Hack your own success
  • Put Customers at the centre ensuring Candidates and clients get the best service imaginable
  • Most important be an incredible team member who wants to discover their potential and help others do just that with the right mindset and behavior

Skills and qualifications required

  • 18 months + experience in a recruitment sector that’s comparable
  • Built your own candidate an client network before
  • A thirst for knowledge and development
  • The right attitude and mentality
