Are you an experienced Salesforce professional with strong technical configuration experience combined with business analysis skills? Join this global financial services giant as they significantly grow Salesforce across the firm.

You'll act as a conduit between business stakeholders and the technical delivery teams translating requirements into technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply various business analysis tools to capture needs, discover requirements, and generate solutions.
  • Align multiple stakeholder groups, managing scope to consider value, feasibility, and constraints.
  • Lead the discovery phase for new product initiatives across Investment teams.
  • Maintain a well-detailed technology team backlog that articulates business value.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience across Sales, Service and Pardot Clouds
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration (e.g., Flows, Dynamic Forms, Permission Set Groups, Sharing).
  • Good understanding of Salesforce development, distinguishing between declarative and programmatic options.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Salesforce ADM201 certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience with CRM Analytics and familiarity with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
