Project Overview: We are currently seeking two experienced SAP BW Consultants with strong ABAP development skills to support a major SAP transformation programme within a leading European telecommunications provider. This is a high-impact, long-term project focused on modernising and optimising SAP landscape across the enterprise.


Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on SAP BW development and configuration aligned with project goals
  
  
• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust SAP BW solutions
  
  
• Leverage ABAP skills for custom development, data extraction, and performance tuning
  
  
• Participate in solution design, data modelling, ETL, and reporting activities
  
  
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver continuous improvements to existing systems
  
  
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance frameworks
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an SAP BW Consultant
  
  
• Strong ABAP development background – particularly in BW environments
  
  
• Experience with data modelling, ETL, and reporting within SAP BW
  
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
  
  
• Prior involvement in large-scale transformation programmes
  
  
• Background in regulated industries – Public Sector, Telecoms, or Financial Services preferred
  
  
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA
  
  
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or other reporting tools
  
  
• Experience working in Agile project environments
