SAP PMO Assistant Role: SAP Project Manager Assistant

Workload: Full time / 50% on-site
Location: Southern Switzerland (Ticino region)

Role Overview For an ongoing SAP implementation project, we are looking for an experienced PMO Assistant with a strong SAP background. The role is a support function, working closely with the Project Manager, who remains fully responsible for project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide PMO support during the SAP implementation phase
  
  
• Support project planning, coordination, and reporting activities
  
  
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
  
  
• Support communication between business, IT, and implementation partners
  
  
• Ensure documentation and governance standards are maintained
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as PMO or Project Support in SAP projects
  
  
• Solid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies
  
  
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
  
  
• Experience working in international project environments
  
  

Language & Location Requirements

• English: mandatory
  
  
• German or Italian: nice to have
  
  
• 50% on-site presence required in the Ticino region
