Responsibilities:
 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business needs and requirements, serving as a true partner in the process.
• Translate business requirements into functional design and technical specifications.
• Maintain GRC tooling, including filter set maintenance, reporting, and implementing improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and control sets by working closely with internal control specialists and Service Delivery Management. This includes resolving Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts, managing critical activities, and addressing SAP emergency access.
• Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information within ASML's SAP systems.
• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and implementing SAP-related authorization tools, techniques, and mechanisms to meet business needs.
• Participate in projects and handle (non) standard changes related to SAP authorizations.
• Perform SAP authorizations maintenance operations, including creating and maintaining SAP authorizations in multiple SAP systems following the ASML authorization concept.
• Provide guidance and review SAP role changes executed by external service providers.
• Contribute to the definition and standardization of all SAP Security and Segregation of Duties (SOD) related policies, procedures, workflows, and control sets based on industry best practices, experience, and business requirements.
• Contribute to the development of the Security & Authorizations (S&A) road map to drive continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:
 
Education:
 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
 

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in core SAP security design, analysis, configuration, compliance, and implementation (experience in multiple projects is a plus).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP Security Basics, SAP Authorization Concept, Roles/Activity Groups, and User Administration.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in resolving Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in multiple SAP modules/solutions.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with GRC tools, including Emergency Access and Risk Analysis.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) and GDPR.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA security and Fiori authorizations is a plus.
• Knowledge of HANA DB security is a plus.
