Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Rate: CHF 50 per hour

Job Description: The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end processing of free-of-payment portfolio transfers for our private clients. This involves coordinating the alignment with all involved parties and captures instructions, including monitoring of successful settlement in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and validate client settlement orders and process exceptions on settlement orders.
• Match Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI’s) with enriching asset transfer transactions for counterparty custodians.
• Monitor, identify, and raise settlement fails on both position and cash side.
• Liaise with internal partners and external counterparties (e.g. custodian banks) in order to resolve breaks, issues, and queries.
• Repair and release of settlement instruction of custody transactions in the various markets worldwide.
• Manage clients’ e-mail queries related to existing/potential transactions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Good understanding of securities markets especially functions of a custodian.
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, specifically MT54x settlement instructions.
• Understanding of securities markets, in particular the functions of a custodian bank.
• Knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements.
• Profound experience in securities settlements (capturing, instructing & monitoring orders).
