You will own the oracle platform working as a Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect with expertise in finance, project management, shared services, and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Guidance: Assess client needs, develop technology roadmaps, and advise on best practices for finance operations (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, PPM, EPM, and Financial Reporting).

• Business Case Development: Partner with finance leaders to quantify value, validate
• 8+ years in Oracle Fusion solution design and implementation in global finance shared services.
• Strong consulting background with a track record of delivering measurable ROI.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, PPM, and Reporting).
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies and SaaS implementations.
• Leadership and stakeholder management, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements, design solutions, and align technology with business needs and regulations.
• Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion-based financial solutions integrated with business strategies.
• Technology Leadership: Oversee the entire solution lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive post-implementation reviews and recommend innovations to optimize systems and processes.
• Project Delivery: Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks for major finance transformation initiatives.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and risk protocols.
