Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key expert in airline operations, bridging the gap between business functions, vendors, and IT to implement solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, processes, and data through workshops, interviews, and site visits.
- Drive the design, testing, and implementation of aviation systems, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Execute test scenarios, coordinate with end-users, and support training and implementation activities.
- Oversee the day-to-day sustain activities of running systems and solutions.
- Define and manage integration projects between airline operational systems.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality go-lives for new digital solutions.
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent experience in aircraft engineering, maintenance, transportation, or computer science.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in aviation maintenance and IT systems, with knowledge of aircraft maintenance systems (e.g., TRAX, AMOS).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate systems and processes.
- Proficiency in collaborative tools such as Teams, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience with test management tools like QTest and service management tools like ServiceNow (preferred).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
