Senior IAM Engineer - Consultancy Services
Location: Berlin, Germany
Salary: €85,000 - €95,000 per annum

We are excited to be engaged in a search for a Senior IAM Engineer to join an incrediblly tight-knit team of IAM Engineers and Practitioners serving various customers across Europe. Your work involve defining, designing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions using leading and emerging cybersecurity technologies. Their methodologies are deeply rooted in UX, Software Development, Product Management and DevOps. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior IAM Engineer to join the team.

The Role

• Providing advice, consultation and IAM solution implementation services for our customer teams.
• Collaborativity with Services Director and CTO to evaluate new technologies and define new services and methods.
• Ensuring the highest standards in our delivery and supporting the professional development of colleagues.
• Working in-house on various customer projects ranging in durations and industries. 

Required Skills

• Commercial experience in Identity and Access Management with strong understanding of fundamental principles such as SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA, MDM, and XDR.
• Engineering background with scripting, automation and similar tooling experience.
• Vendor-agnostic solution design and architecture experience.
• Understanding and experience with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code.
• Expertise in IAM platforms such as Okta, EntrAID, Active Directory, CyberArk, Sailpoint, Savyint, Auth0.
• Good working knowledge of security principles and protocols including OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, and SAML.
• Experience with Workspace Identity use cases, such as IAM lifecycle, identity management, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, access requests and segregation of duties.
• Experience with Consumer Identity scenarios including login experience, securing microservices, B2B, token enrichment, OIDC, FGA.
• Solid experience of setting up monitoring solutions.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards such as GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
