Senior Oracle DBA

Senior Oracle DBA - 12 Month Contract 

My client is looking for an experience Oracle Database Administrator on an intiial 12 month contract to be based out of Basel to start within the next 2 weeks 
The role is a hybrid working setup (50% on site over 2 week period)
The candidate must be an EU citizen and it is an English speaking role

Must have- 

7-10 years of experience with Oracle with proven experience working as database administrator / SME for Oracle databases 
Proven in-depth knowledge and experience of Oracle administration tasks (daily operations, provisioning/deployment, backup and recovery, security/patching, monitoring, performance tuning, partitioning/compression, PL/SQL programming).
Strong conceptual and operational skills
Solid experience with the Linux operating system, scripting (Bash, Python, Perl), backup solutions, job scheduling (ideally Control-M) and security benchmarks (CIS/DoD)
