Job Role: Sourcing Manager
Location: Laakdal, Belgium (Hybrid Model: 3 days on-site, 2 days telework)

A client in the retail sector is seeking a Sourcing Manager with a focus on Capex to manage end-to-end sourcing events across supply chain categories (Transportation, Capex, DC Operations) in EMEA. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to lead negotiations and oversee the full sourcing lifecycle to ensure optimal supplier selection and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Strategy: Define objectives, analyze requirements, and identify sourcing opportunities aligned with category strategy.
• Execution: Lead sourcing events (RFI / RFQ / RFP), negotiate terms, and select suppliers.
• Project Management: Manage and prioritize projects, working cross-functionally to meet business goals.
• Performance Management: Connect procurement work with cost reduction and qualitative impact, aligning with financial targets.

Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in Industry Analysis, Supplier Analysis, Commercial Agreements, Negotiation, Competitive Bidding, Spend Analysis
• Proven experience working as a Team Player in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Elevated communication skills, both formal and informal, to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Hybrid Working: 3 days on-site, 2 days telework.
