Support Engineer - Linux

My client, a major industrial manufacturer are currently seeking a Support Engineer with experience in Linux and Network Administration for a long term freelance project, focusing on the development of a global high availability security network. All applicants must of lived in Germany for a minimum of 4 years or be a German national citizen.
 
Required key competencies and qualifications: 
 
Construction, installation and maintenance of virtual and physical Linux servers (HP HP Synergy, HP Blade Center, HP Proliant and HP 3PAR Storage)
Administration of Linux servers (RedHat Enterprise Linux and CentOS)
Ideally, knowledge of DB in one or more databases, e.g. B. Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL.
Incident Management (2nd level support for RedHat Enterprise Linux and CentOS systems)
Patch management on RedHat Enterprise Linux versions 6, 7 and 8
Change, release and configuration management
Professional experience in the field of Linux administration RedHat Enterprise Linux Server and CentOS
Sound knowledge of network technology, TCP/IP, switching and routing
Good knowledge in the field of virtualization (VMware, vCenter, RedHat Enterprise Virtualization)
Experience with SAN storage systems
Very good knowledge of German and English
