Senior Oracle DBA - 12 Month Contract  My client is looking for an experience Oracle Database Administrator on an intiial 12 month contract to be based out of Basel to start within the next 2 weeks  The role is a hybrid working setup (50% on site over 2 week period) The candidate must be an EU citizen and it is an English speaking role Must have-  7-10 years of experience with Oracle with proven experience working as database administrator / SME for Oracle databases  Proven in-depth knowledge and experience of Oracle administration tasks (daily operations, provisioning/deployment, backup and recovery, security/patching, monitoring, performance tuning, partitioning/compression, PL/SQL programming). DATA ENGINEER – 12 Month Contract – Zurich (Hybrid) RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Develop Data Pipelines</li><li>Design and implement unit/component/integration tests</li><li>Collaborate with other engineers on creating common code</li><li>Learn new technologies/tools and be able to support that in quick span of time</li><li>Knowledge expert out Cloud Data Warehouse solutions</li></ul>REQUIRED<ul><li>5+ years of industry experience, 3+ years of relevant big data experience</li><li>Demonstrated experience and ability to deliver results on multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment</li></ul><ul><li>Strong programming experience in Python</li><li>Experience working with Hadoop and Big Data processing frameworks (Spark, Hive, Nifi, Spark-Streaming, Flink, etc.)</li><li>Experience with SQL and SQL Analytical functions</li><li>Experince working with Cloud applications in either Azure, AWS or GCP </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to collaborate with key partners to understand, identify, and capture requirements</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in cross-functional teams following Agile Methodologies (SAFe, SCRUM)</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with Big Data streaming services</li><li>Experience with Agile and LEAN methodologies a plus</li><li>Experience with Hadoop tools (hive, SQL, Spark) is a plus</li></ul>
