Scale leadership

Managing Director Cian Loughnane commenced his career in banking recruitment in 1999 and launched Scale Search in 2016.

Throughout his career, he has originated, retained and delivered into a wide range of key clients from markets including professional services, hedge funds, investment managers, management consultancies and investment banks.

Specialising in Functional and Regional leadership positions spanning from VP, SVP, MD to Partner and C-Suite hires, Cian has successfully executed mandates in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, UK, Nordics region and Ireland. His ability to consistently deliver high calibre candidates against exacting mandates has earned him a stellar reputation with clients and candidates alike.
