Source Turns 4

This week Source Technology celebrated its 4th Birthday. The brand has gone from strength to strength, since it’s birth in 2015. From a single technology staffing agency to an International Recruitment Specialist, working alongside 3 other distinctive specialist brands. Source is globally reaching, with 5 office locations, and more on the way. Source staff are experts in their field, passionate for success and excellent customer service.

Here’s a few Source achievements worth celebrating.

4 brands 1 team

The Source Group has since expanded and grown to 4 brands- Source Technology, Xplore, Scale Search and Picture.

60 staff

It’s hard to imagine that Source began 4 years ago with Gavin and Lawrence and an idea for success, we’re now at 60 heads across the business, and growing at a rapid pace.

25% of our staff promoted

That’s a successful % of internal staff talent stepping up to the challenge. With individuals opening our new offices, taking on key leadership positions, and introducing new markets. Source is extremely proud and passionate for its internal talent.

Placed in 19 countries

With 5 offices globally we’re working all over, providing the best recruitment service to clients alike. We’ve placed in 19 countries, across Europe, Asia and the Americas.

SGI itself is a big achievement for us. SGI encompasses an exciting culture, of ambition combined with tenacity, combined with teamwork and success. From SGI Friday’s, High Fliers, Lunch Clubs, through to supporting charitable causes and team social events.

4 is a landmark for Source and SGI. It’s not been an easy journey, hard work and commitment have created opportunities. And the most exciting part is that this is only the start of the Source journey, – “we’re here to build something for the long-term. Anything else is a distraction.” *
