We are seeking an experienced Bloomreach Architect to join a growing digital experience team supporting a major client. This architect will lead solution design, implementation, and optimization across the Bloomreach Digital Experience Platform (DXP) -including Loomi AI, Engagement (CDP & marketing automation), Discovery (search & merchandising), and CMS (content).
The ideal candidate has a strong background in ecommerce personalization, customer data platforms, headless CMS, and enterprise-level Bloomreach deployments.
Detailed Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the technical lead / architect for Bloomreach platform solutions.
- Design and implement scalable solutions across:
- Loomi AI for personalization, recommendations, predictive analytics.
- Engagement for unified customer profiles, segmentation, journeys, and automation.
- Discovery for search relevance, merchandising, faceted navigation.
- CMS for content modeling, headless delivery, multi-site support.
- Lead solution architecture reviews, integrations, and API strategies.
- Define best practices for Bloomreach implementation, deployment, and governance.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer.
Required Skills:
- 5 years in enterprise MarTech / Digital Experience platforms
- Deep hands-on experience with Bloomreach modules (AI, CDP, Search, CMS)
- Strong understanding of ecommerce architecture
- Experience integrating CDP with CRM, analytics, and personalization engines
- Familiarity with APIs, headless CMS, and cloud environments
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Adobe / Salesforce / other DXP tools
- Experience with data governance, event-driven architectures
