Key Responsibilities
1. Governance, PMO controls, and IT Project Management framework.
• SteerCo cadence (preparation, decisions, minutes, actions)
• Phase gate readiness and approvals (packs, evidence, signoffs)
Integrated planning, dependency management, RAID, change control
• Project and budget planning including forecasting and transparent tracking of external effort/costs
2. Execution management with Jira / Confluence / JSM / PPM
• Use Jira to manage delivery execution: epics, milestones, actions, RAID, dependencies, and progress evidence.
• Use Confluence for documentation control: decision log, transition artefacts, runbooks, KT materials, and phase gate evidence packs.
• Maintain required portfolio/project reporting through PPM tooling
. 3. Execute SAP IMS Transition
Drive the execution of the already defined IMS transition plan, ensuring milestones, work packages, and acceptance criteria are delivered on time.
• Own transition RAID and resolution: remove blockers, drive decisions, and escalate early via governance.
Execute SAP AMS Transition (Internal SAP team to MSP) and enable ERP Transformation capacity
Drive the execution of the already defined AMS transition, ensuring stable service operations while releasing internal SAP capacity for ERP Transformation.
• Own transition RAID and resolution: remove blockers, drive decisions, and escalate early via governance.
5. ERP Transformation Delivery Interface & Operational Readiness (RFQ alignment / enablement)
• Act as the single day-to-day delivery interface between the Business Project Manager, the System Integrator(s) delivering the S/4HANA program, and internal SAP team, ensuring aligned priorities, decisions, and execution cadence across all parties.
• Translate the RFQ scope and timeline into a joint integrated plan (milestones, dependencies, RAID, decision points) and actively manage interlocks so the IMS/AMS transitions strengthen not block ERP Transformation readiness.
• Coordinate operational readiness and BAU enablement, including embedding the internal SAP team in workstreams, progressive handover, knowledge transfer planning/execution, and BAU readiness sign-off expectations.
• Ensure cross-stream readiness for key RFQ deliverables that heavily impact operations (e.g., interfaces/integration simplification, Workday/ShapeIn integration, BCM/MBC, SoD/authorizations, and “living” documentation such as Signavio/process artefacts).
• Orchestrate cutover and post-go-live readiness topics that require tight coordination across Business/SI/SAP team, including parallel run, dual-mode interface needs, reconc
