Contract Opportunity: Energy Systems Integration SME (BESS & Multi-Asset Energy Solutions)
We are supporting the development of a new Energy Hub portfolio for a leading system integration business and are seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support partner assessment, solution architecture, and integration strategy.
This is a contract engagement suited to professionals with deep expertise in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), distributed energy resources (DER), and multi-asset energy system integration.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development of a next-generation Energy Hub portfolio integrating distributed energy resources.
Assess and evaluate technology partners and suppliers across generation, storage, and controllable loads.
Provide expertise in the integration of DER with power management and energy management systems.
Contribute to solution design and architecture for multi-asset energy systems.
Advise on system interoperability, integration frameworks, and technical best practices.
Support the definition of scalable integration models for energy hubs combining multiple energy assets.

Required Expertise

Deep experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Strong knowledge of distributed energy resources (DER) including generation, storage, and flexible loads.
Demonstrated experience in multi-asset integration and energy system architecture.
Expertise in power management systems and energy management platforms.
Background in solution design, system architecture, or technical consulting within the energy sector.
