Job Title: Freelance Coupa Implementation Consultant
Location: Remote (Europe)
Contract Type: Freelance / Contract
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Coupa Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of procurement and spend management solutions using Coupa. You will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to design, configure, and deploy Coupa solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and efficient Procure-to-Pay processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end implementations of Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management
- Gather and document client business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Configure workflows, approval chains, supplier onboarding, catalogs, and procurement policies within Coupa
- Support integration with ERP systems such as SAP
- Work with finance and procurement teams to align Coupa processes with existing Procure-to-Pay frameworks
- Assist with data migration, testing (UAT/SIT), and go-live activities
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and system enhancements
- Proven hands-on implementation experience with Coupa
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
- Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems such as SAP
- Familiarity with invoice automation and document processing tools such as OpenText Vendor Invoice Management
- Experience with system configuration, supplier enablement, and catalog management
- Knowledge of integrations (APIs, middleware, or flat-file integrations)
- Experience supporting testing phases including SIT and UAT
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills
