what we are looking for:
- Someone who can learn processes and governance well, highly adept at handling senior IT stakeholders, with a proven record of delivering in ITSM /CMBD focussed projects, preferably with disperced fuunctional teams
- adept at managing in a fully remote environment/ still able to influence

Determine and define business needs and global requirements to develop and continue the growth of an Atlassian ITSM environment with primary focus on the Configuration Management process and CMDB
• lead and drive technical and business requirements gathering and formulation for the implementation team
• A proven track record in ITSM project implementation, ideally with a strong background in delivering strategic ITSM Service management solutions
• Manages and communicates ITSM Projects release schedule
• Develops use cases, process diagrams, and requirements documentation using stories and scrum tasks in the ITSM program Jira container
• Document and map current ITSM processes and perform gap analyses against desired or best practice, preferably using industry standard techniques and frameworks such as ITIL
• Assist in defining object schemas, relationships, and data governance in Jira Assets
