Job Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with a strong background in S&OP and Demand planning. The consultant will support the roll-out of a SAP IBP template for Brazil, adapting existing configurations to meet local requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design workshops and training sessions with business users.
- Configure and adapt SAP IBP S&OP and Demand modules according to local requirements.
- Ensure the SAP IBP solution aligns with global supply chain processes and standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure smooth roll-out.
- Provide expert guidance and support during the implementation life cycle.
- Minimum 3 full life cycle SAP IBP S&OP / IBP Demand implementation projects.
- Strong, detailed configuration knowledge of SAP IBP is mandatory.
- If experience is only in SAP IBP support (no implementations), a minimum of 8 years of IBP experience is required.
- Total Supply Chain Management experience of at least 12 years.
- Excellent communication skills to conduct workshops and training.
- Ability to work in Brazil time zone and deliver remotely.
- Prior experience in roll-out projects adapting global SAP IBP templates to local regions.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams.
