Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT architecture strategy for ERP transformation (SAP S/4HANA)
- Evaluate technologies and assess impacts across systems and departments
- Define architecture principles, standards, and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align tech with business goals
- Create reference architectures and long-term roadmaps
- Ensure integration with surrounding systems (CRM, HR, BI, etc.)
- Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and data teams
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring clarity on needs and solutions

- Degree in IT, Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in enterprise architecture and ERP programs (ideally global)
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and system integration
- Familiar with TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar frameworks
- Bonus: Experience with SAP Signavio or LeanIX
- Understanding of cloud, APIs, data, and security
- Strong communicator and decision-maker with stakeholder management skills
