About the Role
An innovative tech company based in Hamburg is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong AI integration skills for a 3-month contract project. The successful candidate will work across the stack—from back-end APIs to front-end interfaces—to build and enhance intelligent, data-driven web applications.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable full stack applications using Python, Node.js, React, and Next.js.

Integrate AI and machine learning models into production-grade APIs and web services.

Collaborate with data scientists and product designers to deliver intelligent, user-friendly solutions.

Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for high performance and reliability.

Maintain code quality through testing, CI/CD, and best development practices.

Contribute to agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team discussions.
Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of professional full stack development experience.

Proficient in:

Frontend: React, Next.js, JavaScript (and/or TypeScript), HTML, CSS

Backend: Node.js, Python (experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django is a plus)

Experience deploying to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Strong understanding of AI/ML model integration (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face APIs).

Familiar with DevOps practices including Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Working knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Fluent in English (German a plus).
Nice to Have

Experience with LLM-based applications or chatbots.
