Stellenbeschreibung
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing complex system integrations across investment banking and global markets technology landscape.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience working with industry-leading platforms across trade execution, trade processing and market data, and is equally comfortable engaging with technology vendors during RFPs working in close collaboration with internal and vendor architecture teams.
General expectation
- Lead global markets technology integration initiatives.
- Act as central coordinator across architecture, infrastructure, application teams, and external vendors.
- Evaluate and define integration patterns (API, FIX, MQ, filebased) appropriate to each system and use case.
- Lead technical evaluation of vendor solutions, including issuing and responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Create detailed integration documentation, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Engage with external vendors to assess product capabilities, negotiate integration requirements, and manage delivery timelines.
- Maintain ongoing vendor relationships and track product roadmaps to anticipate integration impacts.
Skillset and experience
- Demonstrated experience integrating with external platforms (trade execution, RFQ, post trade processing, market data …).
- Strong experience with integration protocols: FIX, REST/SOAP APIs, MQ messaging (IBM MQ), SFTP.
- Good understanding of cloud and connectivity patterns (Azure/AWS, VPC, private endpoints …)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Java, SQL, or similar).
- Proven record leading RFP processes and vendor technology assessments.
