- Own and nurture strategic relationships with your assigned business partners.
- Collaborate closely with IT stakeholders including Service Management, Service Owners, Change Delivery, and IT Leadership.
- Understand how IT services are managed and maintained to better support business needs.
- Fully embrace and champion your assigned business line’s strategy.
- Build and manage key stakeholder relationships, setting and managing expectations effectively.
- Identify and drive service improvement opportunities with both business and IT teams.
- Lead business analysis for idea and demand management.
- Coach business-driven IT projects through governance and delivery stages (waterfall methodology).
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the BRM team.
- Partner with Service Owners and Service Management to shape our service portfolio and lifecycle.
Who we are looking for
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience; ITIL and project management qualifications are a plus.
- Skilled at gaining credibility and trust across both business and IT teams.
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritising multiple demands.
- Diplomatic and persuasive, able to handle difficult conversations and confidently engage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator, able to connect with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Passionate about technology with experience working within IT departments.
- Proven track record in stakeholder relationship building and management at various organisational levels.
