WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE
- Lead and mentor a team of three frontend developers
- Define and maintain a scalable, maintainable frontend architecture
- Coordinate with stakeholders on the frontend technical roadmap
- Conduct code reviews, pair programming and knowledge sharing
- Build modern Vue.js frontends, including an online shop, with a strong focus on user experience
- Collaborate with UX designers on intuitive and appealing interfaces
- Connect the frontend to a serverless AWS backend using headless architectures
- Improve CI/CD and deployment through automation
- Develop and maintain a shared design system using Storybook
- Promote continuous improvement and technical excellence in an agile environment
WHO YOU ARE
- Passionate about frontend development, UX and leadership
- Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Strong experience with JavaScript, Vue.js and frontend–backend integration
- Confident with Git, code reviews, pull requests and clean code practices
- Clear communicator with a pragmatic, team-oriented mindset
- Experienced with APIs and headless applications
- German language skills at A2 level and fluent in English
