OT project manager

• Development and implementation of a group-wide cyber security strategy
• Development of IT and OT security policies for networks, systems and production environments
• Establishing clear cybersecurity requirements and compliance guidelines for all group companies
• Ensuring compliance with Swiss and EU data protection laws as well as NIS2 compliance
• Introduction of security metrics, KPIs and reporting mechanisms for group-wide transparency
• Support for M&A activities through the execution of cyber security assessments
• Collaboration with local IT teams for the successful implementation of security standards
• Promotion and continuous expansion of internal know-how in the field of OT security through training, workshops and close cooperation with the local IT and production teams.
• Ensuring the right balance between safety requirements and operability in a manufacturing environment – ??practical and implementable solutions are the focus.
• Coordination with external partners, consultants and authorities on strategic cybersecurity topics

Your profile

• Completed training in cybersecurity, computer science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT and/or OT cybersecurity, ideally in a manufacturing company.
• Solid knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and industrial control systems
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST)
• Experience in incident response and crisis management
• Excellent German and English skills, Italian is an advantage
• Pragmatic, strategic and team-oriented approach to work
• Hands-on mentality and ability to independently drive topics forward
